The requirements are quite easy to obtain.
-Has to be at least 50%
-Shinigamis haveto be 65%+
-Ryokas have to be 60%+
-3rd Seat have to be 55%+
-Lieutenants have to be 50%+
-Other ranks must be 50%+
-Exceptions can be made, if your dont meet the requirements pm and me and i will answer you shortly.
