Yes, we are very much aware of the fact a few people were 'mistaken' allowed to continue on with these removed characters; please stop Private Messaging us over that.  I thank you for the concern and doing as you should, but our inboxes are greatly suffering from this.  Anyways, instead of continually going over all of those messages, copy and pasting what I have been, repeatedly, I've decided to make an update here.

The people who still have these characters were those who had them in their team pool as the update was done.  Due to this, the character did not completely disappear and will remain around for them to use until it's removal.  Now, I do realize how simple it is to 'remove' a character, but, I'm assuming half of these people, if not a large majority cannot.  So, I'm going to tell them how:

   1. You will need to log-out of the current account you're using; the one with these glitching characters. Then log back in.
   2. You will then need to place another character, it does not matter which, over top of the faded character in your team queue.
   3. Go into a Quick Ladder Match, though it shouldn't matter which you choose, this is just better for your stat situations.
   4. Finish the match, be it through surrender or full completion and you'll either see A) A completely blank slot with no character in it or B) The character you currently used over the faded queue still there.
   5. If it is 'A', just pick another character of your choice and go from there; all will be set.  If it is 'B', all is already corrected for you.

Anyways, that should do it.  Furthermore, for all of you asking about 'Missions' and how some of them are related to characters that have been removed ... Well, you're just going to have to wait this crisis out with us.  I am sorry for this but that's just how it's going to be.

Finally, for those of you that actually do have these characters still.  I encourage you to remove them for the fairness and integrity of the game.  However, if you do not we might be force to take more extreme means of making sure these characters get used no more, one in which I don't want to go.
