Balance Update 6.3

I do realize this has taken quite awhile to get started upon, which I do apologize for, but it is better late than never.  This has been delayed due to the business and real life situations we Admins and Web-Masters have been caught up in over the past few weeks.  Though, I ensure you we have not forgotten about this site nor future developments.  With that being said, we have not become more 'free' but we've decided to do these much larger updates in short releases, over a few days.


This post will be regularly updated until this second revamp has been successfully completed.
